I found the location to be great! the pools were quite nice. I liked the water temperature a lot. kaarim, the housekeeper, was very friendly. i also want to give a big thanks to rawan at reception. She was super helpful.

i liked the staff. they were really nice and attentive. buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great too. it offered a good variety of options.

the wifi was non existent. it reminded me of 90s dial up. we paid for two days of wifi but only got it for four hours. then we were told internet was not available. i was not reimbursed either.

The reception staff were notably friendly and helpful. I appreciate that. The hotel's access to facilities at nearby hotels added considerable value to the stay. The beach areas were great at both properties. I found the atmosphere at this hotel to be cozy and calmer. I liked that.

The gym equipment was outdated.
