surprisingly nice!

great location nice pools helpful housekeeper

I found the location to be great! the pools were quite nice. I liked the water temperature a lot. kaarim, the housekeeper, was very friendly. i also want to give a big thanks to rawan at reception. She was super helpful.

beach lounge good shade pleasant breeze helpful people attentive room service nonexistent wifi dial-up speed late manager basic hospitality

the beach lounge area featured good shade. it also offered a nice breeze. the people were friendly and helpful. room service was provided very well.

the free wifi was essentially nonexistent. i experienced 90s dial-up speeds. i waited twenty-five minutes to speak with the manager. the manager started late.

attentive staff great buffet poor wifi no reimbursement

i liked the staff. they were really nice and attentive. buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great too. it offered a good variety of options.

the wifi was non existent. it was like 90s dial up. we paid for two days of wifi but only got it for four hours. then we were told internet was not available. i was not reimbursed either.

The reception staff were notably friendly and helpful. I appreciate that. The hotel's access to facilities at nearby hotels added considerable value to the stay. The beach areas were great at both properties. I found the atmosphere at this hotel to be cozy and calmer. I liked that.

The gym equipment was outdated.
